Workster is recruiting on behalf of a leading international risk and insurance services company to find dedicated German-speaking Advisors for their Lisbon team.

Your Role

  • Provide support to customers via phone and email on insurance-related inquiries
  • Respond to questions on contributions, reimbursements, plan upgrades/downgrades, and policy benefits
  • Manage customer data securely and accurately in the internal systems
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues using provided tools and resources
  • Support customer onboarding, updates, and terminations
  • Comply with all internal guidelines, procedures, and service standards
  • Promote additional services during customer interactions where appropriate

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent in German (C1) and comfortable in English (B2)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a structured, regulated environment
