Workster is recruiting on behalf of a leading international risk and insurance services company to find dedicated German-speaking Advisors for their Lisbon team.

Your Role
- Provide support to customers via phone and email on insurance-related inquiries
- Respond to questions on contributions, reimbursements, plan upgrades/downgrades, and policy benefits
- Manage customer data securely and accurately in the internal systems
- Investigate and resolve customer issues using provided tools and resources
- Support customer onboarding, updates, and terminations
- Comply with all internal guidelines, procedures, and service standards
- Promote additional services during customer interactions where appropriate
Your Qualifications
- Fluent in German (C1) and comfortable in English (B2)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a structured, regulated environment
