Workster is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit English speaking Technical Customer Support Agent for their offices in Sofia and Plovdiv.

Your Role

  • Ensure high-quality service over the phone in line with company standards
  • Provide timely feedback to end users after requests or case processing
  • Actively promote and educate customers about relevant products and services, conducting sales through service when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and operations in the company database
  • Use specialized software to provide queries and support for internal work systems.
