Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and business solutions to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a technology and audio project in Seville. Your Role

  • Deliver customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring excellent service quality.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Handle account management tasks, including order management, returns, and general assistance.
  • Actively listen to customers, identify needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage and resolve incidents in line with company standards, escalating when required.
  • Document all cases accurately and ensure proper follow-up until closure.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to continuously improve workflows and customer satisfaction.

Your Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Dutch speaker with good English (B2/C1).
  • Interest in technology, audio, or consumer electronics (previous support experience is a plus).
  • Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility and availability to work in rotating shifts.
  • Team player with adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Based in Seville or open to relocation; ability to work on-site during training (hybrid option may be available later).
