Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a retail industry project in Szczecin, Poland. Your Role

  • Deliver written customer support via email for the German market, with a small volume of calls.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing past interactions and using internal tools.
  • Process manual refunds and handle GDPR-related complaints with accuracy and care.
  • Ensure every customer interaction is professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
  • Work across multiple systems efficiently while maintaining a high level of precision.

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent German (C1) and English (C1), both written and spoken.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience.
  • Typing speed of 150+ keystrokes per minute and solid computer literacy.
  • Availability to work full-time on-site in Szczecin (5 days per week).
  • Flexibility to work shifts Monday–Sunday, 09:00–18:00.
