Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Support Specialists for a remote role based in Portugal.

In this position, you will support a major international e-commerce platform, assisting customers and sellers with a wide range of inquiries. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality service through phone and email, ensuring a smooth and reliable customer experience.


Your Role

  • Provide customer support via phone and email, ensuring a professional and friendly experience
  • Assist with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear, effective solutions
  • Act as a point of contact for external sellers, supporting their questions and needs
  • Provide information about digital products and platform services
  • Escalate and route more complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal processes

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) with good English skills
  • Previous experience in customer support or service roles is an advantage
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and customer management systems
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail

The Offer
