Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Norwegian & Swedish-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a role based in Lisbon.

In this position, you will support a digital payments and point-of-sale solution used by small and medium-sized businesses. You will assist customers with onboarding, transactions, and technical support, helping them manage their sales and grow their business effectively.


Your Role

  • Provide support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a professional and helpful customer experience
  • Assist with account setup and onboarding for new users
  • Support customers with orders, deliveries, and logistics-related inquiries
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to the application, devices, and accessories
  • Handle financial-related questions, including transactions, deposits, and activity reports
  • Provide clear and accurate product information to customers
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow internal procedures

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent Norwegian & Swedish (C1/C2) with good English skills
  • Previous experience in customer support or service roles is an advantage
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple systems
  • Ability to explain technical and financial topics clearly
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Team player with adaptability in a dynamic setting
