Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an on-site role in Lisbon.
In this position, you will support a premium consumer brand, delivering a high-quality and personalized customer experience across multiple channels. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction builds trust, engagement, and long-term customer loyalty.
Your Role
- Provide support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a professional and personalized customer experience
- Handle both inbound and outbound contacts, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Deliver high-quality service with a strong focus on first contact resolution
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing products and services with confidence and expertise
- Assist customers with orders, product inquiries, and account-related topics
- Identify opportunities for customer retention and upselling, based on customer preferences
- Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes to ensure service excellence
Your Qualifications
- Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) with good English skills
- Previous experience in customer service or contact center roles is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple systems
- Ability to handle both service and sales-oriented conversations
- Team player with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in premium products and customer experience
The Offer
- Full-time on-site position in Lisbon
- 40 hours per week with rotational shifts: Monday to Sunday between 07:00 – 19:00
- Paid training (approximately 11 working days, 8 hours per day)
