Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors for a hybrid role based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Your Role

  • Handle customer interactions related to outstanding balances, direct debits, and account updates
  • Support customers via calls and written communication, ensuring clear and professional service
  • Assist with direct debit setup and modifications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain high standards in administrative tasks and data handling
  • Deliver a positive customer experience while following internal processes and quality standards

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent Dutch (C1) with good English skills (B1+)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and internal tools
  • Analytical mindset with good organizational skills
  • Previous experience in customer support or administrative roles is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment
  • Motivated to relocate and work in an international team
