Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an on-site role in Braga.
In this position, you will support a digital services platform focused on helping small and medium-sized businesses grow their presence online. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth communication across digital channels.
Your Role
- Support customers via email and chat, ensuring clear and professional communication
- Manage customer expectations regarding products and digital services
- Provide information about services, assist with orders, account changes, and cancellations
- Handle customer inquiries and gather details related to complaints
- Prepare, maintain, and review customer files and documentation
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all administrative and support tasks
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction
Your Qualifications
- Fluent German (C1/C2) with good English skills
- Previous experience in customer support or administrative roles is an advantage
- Strong written communication skills (email/chat-focused role)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with digital tools and systems
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment
- Team player with a proactive attitude
The Offer

- Schedule: Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 16:00
