Your Role

  • Provide customer support in Spanish (and occasionally in English) via phone and email.
  • Handle inquiries related to products, orders, and device usage.
  • Offer clear, empathetic guidance to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Manage required documentation and update internal systems.
  • Coordinate orders and shipments, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction at all times.

Your Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Spanish (C1-C2 level).
  • Fluent English (mandatory) for training and internal communication.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, solution-driven, and empathetic attitude.
  • Previous experience in customer support or similar fields is a plus.
