As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting clients by managing their orders, providing guidance, and assisting with first-level technical and product-related inquiries. You’ll work on-site in a vibrant office environment, engaging with clients via CRM systems and SAP tools.
Your Role
- Handle incoming customer calls using the CRM portal
- Create quotations and process orders through the SAP system
- Communicate delivery timelines and manage expectations
- Provide product guidance based on catalogue-level knowledge
- Deliver first-level technical support and help customers identify the right solutions for their needs
Your Qualifications
- Fluent or bilingual in Dutch & French, with advanced English skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum required)
- Interest in technical topics and a willingness to stay on the project long-term (2+ years)
- Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and commercial awareness
- A business-focused mindset to support effective engagement with customers
