Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an exciting Online Booking project.

In this role, you will support customers for one of the world’s largest online travel platforms, helping users with accommodation reservations, travel-related inquiries, and booking services across a wide range of destinations worldwide. You will work in an international environment, ensuring customers receive high-quality support and seamless service throughout their travel journey.

This is a full-time remote position based anywhere in Portugal, offering the flexibility to work from home while joining a dynamic and multicultural team.


Your Role

  • Provide customer support via inbound calls, outbound calls, and online channels, depending on customer needs
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, accommodations, travel services, and online reservations
  • Resolve routine issues related to products and services in a professional and timely manner
  • Deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate information and guidance throughout the booking process
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions in internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Your Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Dutch (C1-C2 level) with good English skills
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
  • Previous experience in the travel or online booking industry is preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The Offer
