Workster is partnering with a leading international company to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an international project supporting a leading sportswear brand.

In this role, you will provide pre- and post-purchase customer support via email, voice, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, and general account questions, ensuring a professional and high-quality customer experience.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Sofia, with no options for home office or hybrid work .


Your Role

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and voice channels
  • Provide professional support for pre- and post-purchase questions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Ensure timely and courteous responses to customer requests
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency
  • Follow company policies and procedures while providing customer support

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused with a professional and empathetic approach
  • Comfortable handling multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is a plus
  • Team player with a proactive and reliable attitude

The Offer

  • Full-time on-site position in Sofia, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday (schedule may vary based on business needs)
