Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit French-speaking Account Managers for an international B2B software project.

In this role, you’ll help customers maximize the value of innovative software solutions while identifying opportunities for business growth and ensuring an outstanding client experience.
Your Role
- Manage a portfolio of business clients and build long-term relationships
- Ensure customers are satisfied with products and services while resolving escalated issues
- Achieve sales and revenue targets within your assigned territory
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional products and services
- Conduct value-based sales conversations and guide customers through renewals and purchasing decisions
- Negotiate effectively and confidently handle customer objections
- Collaborate with internal teams and multiple stakeholders to deliver the best customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records and account activities within the CRM system
- Use customer insights and performance data to influence purchasing decisions and account growth
Your Qualifications
- Native-level fluency in French
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in account management, customer service, sales, or outsourcing environments
- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar is an advantage
- Interest in technology and business software solutions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer success
