As a B2B Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to sales teams and advertisers using a digital advertising platform. All support is delivered through chat, ensuring fast, accurate, and professional service.
Your Role
- Supporting B2B clients (sales and advertisers) via live chat
- Troubleshooting platform-related issues and providing efficient resolutions
- Using ticketing tools to track, document, and manage customer interactions
- Escalating complex or technical cases as needed
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of platform features and updates
- Ensuring a high standard of service quality, responsiveness, and accuracy
Your Qualifications
- Fluency in German (C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Minimum 2.5 years of experience in Digital Advertising or Technical Customer Support
- Prior experience handling B2B communication via chat and/or ticketing systems is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced support environment
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to platform updates and new tools
