Workster is partnering with a leading customer experience provider in Portugal to recruit a German-speaking B2B Support Advisor for a global project in the digital advertising sector.

As a B2B Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to sales teams and advertisers using a digital advertising platform. All support is delivered through chat, ensuring fast, accurate, and professional service.

Your Role

  • Supporting B2B clients (sales and advertisers) via live chat
  • Troubleshooting platform-related issues and providing efficient resolutions
  • Using ticketing tools to track, document, and manage customer interactions
  • Escalating complex or technical cases as needed
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of platform features and updates
  • Ensuring a high standard of service quality, responsiveness, and accuracy

Your Qualifications

  • Fluency in German (C2 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Minimum 2.5 years of experience in Digital Advertising or Technical Customer Support
  • Prior experience handling B2B communication via chat and/or ticketing systems is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced support environment
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to platform updates and new tools
