Workster is partnering with a global customer experience and technology services provider to recruit a Norwegian-speaking Cloud Solutions Account Manager for a hybrid role in Málaga, Spain.

In this position, you will support customers in adopting and expanding cloud-based productivity and communication solutions. Working within a dynamic sales and partner ecosystem, you will focus on driving customer acquisition, increasing usage, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling cloud solutions.


Your Role

  • Identify and secure new customer opportunities within cloud-based technology solutions
  • Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with internal sales teams, technical specialists, and partner networks
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress and closure plans
  • Work closely with internal teams to support customer onboarding and solution adoption
  • Connect customers with relevant partner solutions within the local ecosystem to drive growth and usage
  • Identify customer success cases and collaborate with partner management teams to expand partner capabilities
  • Track key performance indicators and maintain pipeline performance metrics
  • Build strong customer relationships while demonstrating how cloud solutions can address business needs

Your Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Norwegian with strong English communication skills
  • 3–6+ years of experience in technology sales, account management, or business development
  • Experience working in a technical sales or partner ecosystem environment
  • Solid understanding of cloud technologies and deployment strategies
  • Knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud environments is an advantage
  • Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communication solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar fields preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
