Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an on-site role in Lisbon.

In this position, you will support a premium consumer brand, delivering a high-quality and personalized customer experience across multiple channels. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction builds trust, engagement, and long-term customer loyalty.


Your Role

  • Provide support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a professional and personalized customer experience
  • Handle both inbound and outbound contacts, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Deliver high-quality service with a strong focus on first contact resolution
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing products and services with confidence and expertise
  • Assist customers with orders, product inquiries, and account-related topics
  • Identify opportunities for customer retention and upselling, based on customer preferences
  • Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes to ensure service excellence

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) with good English skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or contact center roles is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple systems
  • Ability to handle both service and sales-oriented conversations
  • Team player with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in premium products and customer experience

The Offer

  • Full-time on-site position in Lisbon
  • 40 hours per week with rotational shifts: Monday to Sunday between 07:00 – 19:00
  • Paid training (approximately 11 working days, 8 hours per day)
