Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisors for a streaming and broadband project in Warsaw, Poland. Your Role

  • Provide assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Deliver technical support for streaming and broadband services.
  • Address contract and billing inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Handle and resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Serve both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support.
  • Conduct outbound calls for administrative tasks such as gathering feedback or handling late payments.
  • Perform light selling and upselling activities when appropriate.

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent Danish (C1), spoken and written.
  • Good command of English (B2).
  • At least 6 months of prior experience in customer service.
  • Excellent technical skills (MS Office, web browsers, general computer literacy).
  • Positive, customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to handle upselling tasks.
