Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit German-speaking Customer Service Representatives for an exciting international project. Your Role

  • Handle incoming user requests via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve incidents requiring advanced technical knowledge and product-specific expertise.
  • Support users with connectivity and product-related issues, particularly related to audio and multimedia products.
  • Maintain and expand knowledge of applications and tools specific to end-users.
  • Proactively keep customers updated on the status and progress of their requests.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every interaction.

Your Qualifications

  • Proficient or bilingual German and advanced English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, ideally in technical support.
  • Strong IT knowledge in areas such as signal path connectivity, wireless networking, live music, and audiovisual products.
  • Proficient in both Windows and Mac environments.
  • Excellent customer care skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Good communication, teamwork, flexibility, and stress resilience.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
