Workster is partnering with a global customer experience leader to find dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join their support team in Lisbon. You will be working for a world-renowned home appliance brand that places consumer insights and product innovation at the heart of its development process. This is an exciting opportunity to help customers while contributing to the improvement of everyday life through smarter home technology.
Your Role
- Deliver accurate, polite, and professional support via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers from the French market with their queries regarding household appliances
- Provide tailored solutions and clear information based on internal processes and quality standards
- Identify sales opportunities when appropriate, ensuring alignment with customer needs
- Maintain high service levels by following Quality Guidelines and KPIs
- Collaborate with team members to drive ongoing improvements in customer experience and satisfaction
- Work in rotational shifts between 07:00 and 17:00, from Monday to Saturday
(Days off: Sunday and one additional rotating day)
Your Qualifications
- Fluency in French (C1/C2) and English (B2 or above)
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills and customer empathy
- Ability to adapt to different types of customers and resolve issues efficiently
- Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Team spirit and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
