Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and business solutions to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a technology-focused project in Barcelona. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering excellent service.

Your Role

  • Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle inquiries related to technical issues, product information, and account management.
  • Manage and resolve incidents by identifying problems, applying solutions, or escalating when necessary.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless customer journey by actively listening and tailoring responses to customer needs.
  • Accurately document all cases in the system and follow up until resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve processes.

Your Qualifications

  • Native Dutch speaker with at least B2/C1 level English.
  • Based in Barcelona (mandatory).
  • Interest in technology or electricity (previous technical support experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work on-site during training; hybrid option available after 6 months based on performance.
