Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Danish-speaking Customer Support & Reactivation Specialists for an on-site role in Lisbon.

In this position, you will support a fast-growing subscription-based service, helping customers manage their accounts, improve their experience, and re-engage with the service. You will play a key role in delivering a smooth and high-quality customer journey across multiple European markets.


Your Role

  • Support customers via outbound calls, email, and chat, ensuring a professional and engaging experience
  • Contact former or inactive customers to understand their needs and encourage reactivation
  • Assist with subscription management, including plans, deliveries, and account updates
  • Provide clear and helpful information about products and services
  • Identify customer concerns and offer suitable solutions to improve their experience
  • Ensure accurate communication and maintain high service quality standards
  • Contribute to customer retention and overall satisfaction

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent Danish (C1/C2) with good English skills
  • Previous experience in customer support, sales, or contact center environments is an advantage
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (especially for outbound calls)
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple communication channels
  • Ability to handle targets and performance-driven environments
  • Team player with adaptability and a positive attitude
