Workster is partnering with a global tech solutions leader to hire motivated and detail-oriented Developer Support Agents. This role focuses on supporting one of the world’s most prominent digital platforms, helping developers resolve issues and succeed with their applications. As a Developer Support Agent, you will provide high-quality support to developers using a major global app ecosystem. You’ll assist with resolving technical issues, managing policy appeals, and maintaining a consistent and informative communication style. This support is delivered via email and chat only.


Your Role

  • Handle escalations and appeals from developers regarding actions on their apps
  • Conduct detailed research and provide clear, accurate summaries to developers and internal teams
  • Review and curate documentation; ensure data accuracy and policy alignment
  • Become an expert in platform policies and demonstrate strong empathy for developer needs
  • Communicate complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner
  • Multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Review documentation and content for public-facing developer guidance

Your Qualifications

  • Fluency in Turkish (C1+) and English (B2+)
  • Previous experience in customer support or technical support is preferred
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Comfortable with multitasking and complex problem-solving
  • Ability to quickly grasp new tools and technologies
  • Based in Lisbon or open to relocation
  • Open to hybrid work (office located in Lagoas Park, Oeiras)
