Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives for an international role in the online advertising and digital services industry. This on-site position in Lisbon focuses on supporting small and medium-sized businesses that use self-service digital advertising solutions to grow their online presence.

You will work in a structured, international environment, supporting business clients across multiple communication channels while developing your experience in the digital advertising space.


Your Role

  • Supporting small and medium-sized business clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Assisting with account setup, product usage, and general troubleshooting
  • Providing pre- and post-support for self-service digital advertising products
  • Guiding clients on how to use tools effectively to improve their online campaigns
  • Identifying recurring issues and trends affecting multiple clients
  • Sharing customer feedback and product insights to support continuous service improvement

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent Dutch, both spoken and written, with good English skills for internal communication
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and online platforms
  • Customer-oriented mindset with clear and professional communication
  • Ability to work independently and manage client issues effectively
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage, ideally in a support or contact center environment
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent
