Workster is collaborating with a global customer experience leader to recruit a Technical Support Advisor to provide first-class after-sales service for clients of well-known domestic appliance brands. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact, delivering top-tier support via phone and email while ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and clear communication.

Your Role

  • Deliver technical support to customers after their purchase of home appliances via phone and email
  • Conduct initial diagnostics of issues using more than 60 internal procedures
  • Escalate complex technical problems to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Proactively work to improve customer satisfaction, using additional resources like video tutorials and support articles
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding product information, order tracking, and minor repair coordination
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively
  • Utilize three internal software systems during customer interactions to manage and document support cases
  • Apply cross-selling techniques when appropriate, identifying opportunities to offer complementary solutions or upgrades

Your Qualifications

  • Language proficiency; Fluent in Dutch (C1) and English (B2)
  • Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or call center environments preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
  • Ability to diagnose technical issues confidently and explain solutions in simple terms
  • Proficiency in using multiple software tools simultaneously
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments and adapting to change
  • Cross-selling or upselling experience is considered an advantage
  • Eligible to work in Portugal
