Your Role

  • Support travelers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring professional and friendly communication
  • Manage hotel and flight reservations as well as car rentals
  • Assist customers throughout their journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
  • Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and accuracy
  • Represent the brand with a customer-first mindset and high service standards
  • Collaborate with a multicultural team to ensure consistent service excellence

Your Qualifications

  • Dutch language proficiency at C1 level or higher (spoken and written)
  • English at B2 level for internal communication and training
  • Good computer skills and confidence using MS Office
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude with a professional and friendly approach
  • Availability to work on-site in Katowice
