orkster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists.
In this position, you will support customers throughout their online shopping journey, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience. You will work in a dynamic and international environment, handling a variety of customer inquiries while contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
Your Role
- Support customers with online orders, including delivery, returns, payments, and refunds
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and back-office tasks
- Investigate shipping issues and coordinate with carriers and internal teams
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding order status and processes
- Handle sensitive customer data in line with data protection policies (GDPR, PCI)
- Identify and resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when needed
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of interactions
- Work collaboratively with different teams to improve the overall customer experience
Your Qualifications
- Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) with good English skills (B2)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comfortable handling sensitive information responsibly
- Experience in customer support or e-commerce is a plus
- Team player with a proactive and reliable attitude
