Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer and partner engagement to recruit an ambitious and driven Engagement Manager for the German market. Based on-site in Málaga, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing tech environment supporting some of the world’s most innovative Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). As an Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the success of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) by facilitating their onboarding, managing their go-to-market strategy, and ensuring seamless program execution. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping them navigate the platform and unlock the full potential of marketplace partnerships.

Your Role

  • Guide ISVs through onboarding and explain the commercial marketplace value proposition
  • Set clear engagement expectations and activate technical consultations and GTM planning sessions
  • Proactively manage the ISV pipeline and ensure timely progression toward publication goals
  • Maintain regular communication with ISVs via email and one-on-one meetings
  • Troubleshoot program-related issues and escalate when necessary
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to drive engagement and resolve challenges
  • Promote relevant events, programs, and strategic content to ISVs

Your Qualifications

  • Fluency in German (C1+) and strong English skills (B2+/C1)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 2+ years in sales/marketing, 1+ year in account management, and 1+ year in the IT industry
  • Strong sales acumen with knowledge of modern selling techniques and the ability to build strategic relationships
  • Skilled in documentation and tracking progress through CRM systems
  • Understanding of the tech/cloud landscape with a passion for innovation
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web conferencing)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to communicate professionally and clearly
