Workster is partnering with a global customer experience provider to recruit Inside Sales Representatives for a premium automotive brand. Your Role
- Lead follow-up calls with prospective customers who have expressed interest in premium automotive products.
- Provide exceptional service while reinforcing brand value and addressing customer concerns regarding pricing or preferences.
- Ensure all customer interactions align with the brand’s quality standards and premium positioning.
- Support retail teams by collecting and summarizing key insights, and documenting customer interactions.
- Maintain consistency and continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls with prospects.
- Educate and inspire customers about the brand’s premium offerings, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Your Qualifications
- Are bilingual or proficient in Flemish and English.
- Hold at least a high school diploma, with a preferred background in business, communications, or automotive studies.
- Have experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the automotive or luxury sectors.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, especially with high-end or executive-level clientele.
- Show a keen interest in the automotive industry and premium products.
- Have a professional, structured approach to handling sensitive topics like pricing or offers.
- Are comfortable following a detailed call script and documenting post-interaction reports.
The Offer
- Full-time contract (39 hours/week): Monday – Saturday with rotating shifts between 09:00 and 20:00.
