Workster partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to search for enthusiastic French-speaking Travel Advisors to join their Lisbon operations in June. In this role, you’ll provide outstanding support via chat, email, and phone for customers in the travel and booking sector. You’ll handle queries, reservations, and adjustments, ensuring every customer experience is smooth and positive.
You’ll also enjoy a structured onboarding program, including a six-week nesting period with guided coaching to set you up for success.
Your Role
- Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and phone.
- Assist with bookings, reservations, and adjustments.
- Resolve customer enquiries quickly, accurately, and professionally.
- Keep detailed case records and maintain clear communication.
- Follow internal procedures and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement with data analysis and performance insights.
- Prepare ad hoc reports for internal and client use.
Your Qualifications
- C2 French speaker with C1 English skills
- Ability to work on site in Lisbon city center
- Experience in data analysis within a BPO or contact centre is strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel and reporting/data visualization skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
