Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience solutions to recruit a French-speaking Customer Service Representative for a major consumer credit platform.

Your Role

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone regarding existing credit accounts and new financing requests.
  • Analyze customer needs to personalize interactions, provide reassurance, and propose the most suitable credit or financing options.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and contribute to the overall customer portfolio.
  • Identify and maximize commercial opportunities during each contact (incoming or outgoing).
  • Manage customer cases with accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality, always following internal procedures and security standards.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail in every customer interaction.

Your Qualifications

  • Fluency in French (C1) – both spoken and written.
  • Good English skills for internal communication.
  • Experience in customer service or contact center environments is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Empathetic, patient, and capable of managing sensitive financial discussions with care.
  • Availability to work rotational shifts (Monday–Saturday).
  • Candidates must already hold NIF and NISS (mandatory for health insurance enrollment).
