Workster is partnering with a globally recognized leader in the beauty industry, known for its innovative approach and dedication to customer excellence. They are seeking a dedicated and motivated Operations Customer Expert to join their team and provide exceptional support to customers in the French Market.

Your Role:

  • Serve as a point of contact for customers via live chat, phone, emails, webforms, or social media.
  • Manage customer requests related to information and complaints, offering solutions and service.
  • Provide expert product and beauty advice in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with ECOM-related inquiries (returns, deliveries, refunds).
  • Offer product care advice, covering product specifics, alternatives, and usage.
  • Maintain database with customer requests, including GDPR-related inquiries and unsubscribing from newsletters.
  • Register reports on health-related issues as part of the HRC process.

Your Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in French (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to manage customer requests with precision and care.
  • Familiarity with computer software programs and customer management systems.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
