Workster is partnering with a global technology and services provider in Portugal to recruit professionals for an international digital operations project.

Your Role
- Provide post-sales customer support to business clients using online advertising tools
- Assist customers via live chat and email, with outbound calls when needed to clarify solutions
- Troubleshoot product, account, and tool-related issues
- Guide customers on best practices to improve their advertising experience
- Identify recurring issues and trends, escalating insights when appropriate
- Ensure clear, professional, and solution-oriented communication at all times
Your Qualifications
- Native or fluent French (C2 level)
- Good command of English (B2 level or higher)
- Interest in digital advertising, online platforms, or technology
- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to handle multiple cases while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, performance-driven environment
- Previous experience in customer support or digital services is an advantage
