Workster is partnering with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit Front Desk Officer for their Gaming studio in Belgrade, Serbia.

Your Role

  • Welcome and assist visitors professionally, managing front desk operations and correspondence
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently and courteously
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate events, and maintain organized records and logs
  • Prepare and distribute internal documents and communications as needed
  • Support daily office operations, including supply management and coordination with couriers
  • Assist with basic invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking to ensure accurate documentation for accounting
  • Uphold company policies, ensure confidentiality, and contribute to maintaining office standards
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up workspaces and providing initial guidance
  • Provide administrative support to teams and employees, including scheduling and resource coordination.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Serbian and English
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Problem-solving mindset and commitment to delivering quality service
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Experience or knowledge in HR, particularly onboarding and employee support will be considered as an advantage.
