Workster is collaborating with a leading tech and gaming company to find charismatic and confident Games Presenters to join their studio in Bogotá. Your Responsibilities

  • Host live-streamed casino-style games in Brazilian Portuguese with professionalism, clarity, and confidence.
  • Maintain an engaging and enthusiastic presence on camera to provide a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience.
  • Work closely with your team and local management to ensure the highest presentation standards.
  • Create a welcoming and dynamic environment for players, encouraging them to return and interact.
  • Showcase your communication and performance skills with a strong focus on customer interaction and brand alignment.
  • Continuously improve your on-camera presentation and adapt to feedback and training.

What We’re Looking For

  • Are native-level fluent in Brazilian Portuguese (C2) and fluent in English (B2 or above).
  • Have great camera presence and a strong sense of coordination, developed through training or personal experience.
  • Are energetic, disciplined, and adaptable — even in high-pressure, live environments.
  • Are willing to work flexible hours on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
  • Are motivated to deliver a high-quality, entertaining experience to players.
  • Previous experience in acting, performance, hospitality, or presenting is a plus — but not mandatory.
