Your Role:

  • Lead & Motivate – Oversee a team of Game Presenters, ensuring high performance, professionalism, and engagement.
  • Performance Management – Monitor KPIs, provide regular feedback, and implement coaching strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Training & Development – Conduct training sessions, ensuring Game Presenters meet brand standards and deliver an outstanding experience to players.
  • Operational Oversight – Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, addressing any challenges that may arise in real-time.
  • Scheduling & Coordination – Manage shift schedules, balancing workforce availability with operational demand.
  • Quality Assurance – Ensure that game presentations meet company expectations, delivering high-quality and engaging content.
  • Reporting & Communication – Prepare reports on performance metrics and work closely with senior management to improve team efficiency.
  • Team Engagement – Foster a positive team culture, encouraging collaboration and career growth.

Your Qualifications:

  • Fluent English (C1 level) – Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Proven Leadership Experience – At least 2 years in a team management or supervisory role, preferably in a live gaming, entertainment, or customer service environment.
  • Strong People Management Skills – Ability to motivate, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
  • Customer-Oriented Mindset – Passion for delivering engaging and high-quality gaming experiences.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills – Capable of handling multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving – Ability to react quickly and effectively to challenges in a fast-paced, live environment.
  • Flexibility to Work Rotational Shifts – Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
