Workster is partnering with a global digital media and customer experience leader to recruit a German-speaking Content Moderator.
In this role, you will review and approve digital advertising content to ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy working in a structured, non-voice environment.


Your Role

  • Review and moderate advertiser content (text, images, video, audio) before it goes live.
  • Approve, reject, or label campaigns based on internal policy and safety guidelines.
  • Identify and take action on policy violations using specialized tools.
  • Respond to internal inquiries via email and ticketing systems.
  • Work with internal data and create accurate moderation reports.
  • Collaborate with your team while independently managing your own task queue.
  • Maintain high accuracy and consistency while working with sensitive or time-critical content.

Your Qualifications

  • Native/C2 level German.
  • B2–C1 English for internal communication.
  • Previous experience in customer service, content review, or operations is an advantage.
  • Awareness and understanding of cultural, political, and social context (Germany/DACH).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, objective decisions.
  • Good time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Drive tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce or live chat platforms is a plus.
  • Social media savvy with good awareness of pop culture and digital trends.
