Your Role

  • Review and moderate user-generated videos on a popular social media platform
  • Analyze content and apply community guidelines to ensure safety and compliance
  • Tag content based on platform rules and moderation decisions
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality decisions while working with repetitive tasks
  • Stay updated on policy changes and moderation standards
  • Collaborate with team leads to ensure performance standards are met

Your Qualifications

  • Native or C2-level fluency in German
  • Solid command of English (B2 minimum)
  • Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in decision-making
  • Patience and focus when dealing with repetitive tasks
  • Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior content moderation or customer service experience is a plus
