Workster is partnering with a leading global technology client to recruit motivated and tech-savvy Customer Support Advisors for their German-speaking team in Lisbon.

Your Role

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone and email.
  • Offer accurate product information, setup guidance, and technical support.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to drones, controllers, software, and accessories.
  • Process customer requests such as orders, returns, and product exchanges.
  • Keep customers updated on order statuses.
  • Stay informed about the latest product developments and share insights with the team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to contribute to service and product improvements.

Your Qualifications

  • Native-level German and strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving mindset.
  • Interest in consumer technology, especially drones or imaging equipment.
  • Ability to diagnose technical issues and explain solutions clearly.
  • Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and multitasking in a support environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus but not required

The Offer

  • Full-time position (40h/week) with rotating shifts between 07:00 and 20:00, Monday to Sunday.
  • Unfixed term Portuguese employment contract, including 22 vacation days and national public holidays.
