Workster is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a German-speaking Customer Experience Specialist for their Valencia office.

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through multiple communication channels, providing outstanding support, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention by offering the right solutions with professionalism and empathy.

This is a full-time, on-site position where you will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Your Role

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Provide personalized support by listening, understanding, and addressing customer concerns
  • Offer guidance and solutions, ensuring a positive experience and high satisfaction levels
  • Identify customer needs and escalate process improvement suggestions internally
  • Strive to meet and exceed KPIs related to customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships by delivering impactful experiences

Your Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1) and proficient English (B2)
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or financial services is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong listening and empathy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
  • Tech-savvy, familiar with Google Suite, MS Office, and CRM tools
  • Passion for customer experience, always prioritizing the customer’s needs
