Workster is partnering with a leading customer service provider to recruit a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist for an on-site role in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Your Role

  • Provide exceptional customer service via voice, chat, and email
  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues, maintaining professionalism at all times
  • Handle escalated cases with diplomacy and empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Multitask and work across multiple systems simultaneously to resolve inquiries

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
  • Completed high school diploma
  • Previous experience in call center, customer service, or BPO (training is provided)
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset and a customer-focused attitude
  • Multitasking skills and the ability to handle multiple systems and browser tabs
  • Team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
