Workster is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit German-speaking Customer Service Advisors for a well-established telecommunications support project in Greece. This role is fully focused on delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for end users.


Your Role

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle inquiries related to services, billing, contracts, and general account support
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers step by step toward resolution
  • Clearly explain products, services, and procedures in a customer-friendly way
  • Resolve complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution
  • Accurately document all interactions in internal systems
  • Follow established processes, quality standards, and data protection guidelines
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience through empathy, clarity, and professionalism

Your Qualifications

  • Native or C1 level German (spoken and written)
  • English at B2 level for training and internal communication
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center support is an advantage
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a calm and solution-focused approach
  • Basic computer skills and confidence using digital tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a structured environment
