Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and technology solutions to recruit a German-speaking Customer Service Representative for an insurance-related project in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you’ll support clients in managing their insurance policies, handling inquiries, claims, and policy changes while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about their insurance policies
- Process service requests in the client’s policy administration system
- Compose and send responses to emails and letters, including contract documents and policy information
- Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal document management tools
- Manage requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods
- Support customers with claims submissions and policy cancellations
- Maintain a high level of service quality and meet client-specific performance targets
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in German (C2) and proficient in English (B2)
- Previous experience in customer service is considered an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, diplomatic, and solution-oriented approach to handling customer queries
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
- Proactive and motivated to maintain a high standard of performance
- Eligible to work in Portugal
