Workster is partnering with a leading international customer experience company to recruit an Operations Customer Expert for the Turkish Market. This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal, and involves providing support to clients in the digital advertising space.


Your Role

  • Providing support to content creators, influencers, and advertisers using social media platforms.
  • Managing subscription, account troubleshooting, and marketing tool usage for clients.
  • Conducting outbound phone calls to ensure clients understand the information provided.
  • Identifying trends and resolving issues for multiple SMB clients.
  • Offering technical support and product guidance to improve the customer experience.
  • Engaging in customer relationship management through email, phone, and chat interactions.

You will be part of a motivated and multilingual team, working in an innovative, fast-paced environment.


Your Qualifications

  • Proficiency in both English and Turkish (fluency required).
  • Strong communication skills and customer service experience.
  • Ability to manage technical troubleshooting and support for a range of digital advertising tools.
  • A proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in a rotational shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.

Experience in digital marketing or social media platforms is a plus, but not mandatory.
