Workster is partnering with a global customer experience provider to recruit Portuguese-speaking Content Moderation Specialists to join an international team based on-site in Athens, Greece.
This role is ideal for candidates who want to contribute to a safer digital environment while working in a modern, multicultural setting.

You will be part of a team responsible for reviewing and categorizing online commercial and business content, helping to improve the overall user experience on a large social media platform.

Your Role

  • Review, evaluate, and categorize social media and business-related content based on established guidelines
  • Ensure uploaded content complies with platform policies and quality standards
  • Make balanced and objective decisions to support a safe online community
  • Apply content moderation policies consistently and accurately
  • Support users via chat, email, or phone when required (project-dependent)
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements
  • Follow internal procedures and client guidelines at all times
  • Maintain high quality, accuracy, and productivity standards

Your Qualifications

  • Excellent written and spoken Portuguese
  • Very good English skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to remain objective
  • Comfortable using Windows OS, internet tools, and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive, proactive mindset with openness to continuous improvement
  • Previous experience in content moderation, social media, or customer support is a plus
