Workster is partnering with a leading tech company to hire an experienced Portuguese-speaking Trainer to join their dynamic team in Bogotá. If you’re passionate about coaching, professional development, and helping teams succeed in fast-paced environments — this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, update, and deliver engaging training content tailored to operational needs.
  • Manage onboarding programs for new joiners and provide upskilling sessions for existing team members.
  • Lead training sessions covering procedures, controls, and soft skills that foster performance and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with team leaders to assess training requirements and implement solutions.
  • Set clear performance indicators and develop improvement plans based on KPIs.
  • Provide feedback to management and trainees, ensuring continuous development and alignment with quality standards.
  • Inspire a culture of learning and professional development.

What We’re Looking For

  • Are native/fluent in Portuguese (C2) and have good English skills (B1/B2).
  • Have experience delivering structured training in a professional setting.
  • Possess strong communication skills and an engaging presentation style.
  • Are patient, motivational, and passionate about coaching and team development.
  • Are proactive, organized, and solution-oriented with a strong team-player mindset.
  • Have prior experience in training within customer service, tech support, iGaming, or related environments (a plus).
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications in instructional design or training are an advantage).
