Workster is partnering with a global leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technology to recruit a German-speaking Senior O2C Specialist.
In this role, you will manage the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, ensuring process efficiency, compliance, and timely collections. You will lead a team, handle complex disputes, and drive process improvements that optimize business growth and working capital.


Your Role

  • Lead and manage O2C operations, including order management, billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution.
  • Review AR aging reports, implement strategies to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and drive collection efforts.
  • Manage customer and internal relationships, resolve escalated disputes, and negotiate payment terms.
  • Ensure compliance with Audit/SOX/internal controls, accounting standards, IFRS, and tax regulations.
  • Drive process automation, standardization, and efficiency initiatives to improve O2C workflows.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting to senior management.
  • Mentor and train junior O2C specialists, fostering a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Logistics, Treasury, and Tax teams to align on financial processes.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 5–7 years of experience in O2C, AR, or Finance operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role.
  • In-depth knowledge of O2C processes, financial controls, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday).
  • Exposure to global business environments and multi-currency transactions.
  • Leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
  • Fluency in German (C1) and strong English communication skills.
