Workster partners with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Turkish speaking Recruiter for their studios in Bucharest, Romania or Sofia, Bulgaria.

Your Role

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to source and recruit top talent for assigned roles within the business unit.
  • Leverage creative sourcing strategies and techniques to identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive market research, networking events, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Partner with recruitment agencies and search firms to outsource recruitment efforts when necessary.
  • Act as a company ambassador, promoting the organization to potential candidates and external partners.
  • Work closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process, including developing job descriptions, identifying candidates, managing the candidate experience, and negotiating job offers.
  • Regularly meet with hiring managers to assess hiring needs and review the progress of candidates in the pipeline.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and provide valuable insights into the competitive talent landscape.

Your Qualifications

  • Native/fluent in Turkish and English (C1), both oral and written.
  • Solid recruiting experience, either as an external or internal recruiter.
  • Proven track record in high-volume recruitment or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong expertise in candidate sourcing and assessment, with a successful history of talent generation.
  • Proficient in internet research, with prior experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with experience in Jobvite being a plus.
  • Previous experience working within a product organization is an added advantage.
