Workster is partnering with a leading tech company to recruit a Workforce Management Specialist for their Belgrade office.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating staff schedules, ensuring optimal workforce planning, and managing staffing operations in a dynamic gaming studio environment. You will work closely with HR and Team Managers to maintain an efficient workflow, ensuring full coverage and compliance with operational requirements.

Your Role

  • Organize, coordinate, and oversee working schedules and shift rotations at gaming tables
  • Collaborate with HR and Team Managers to manage time-off requests and ensure adequate staffing
  • Create daily staffing reports, verify work hours, and handle various administrative tasks
  • Develop and maintain staffing plans to meet business demands
  • Monitor and track employee attendance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and manage studio rotation files to ensure smooth shift transitions

Your Requirements

  • Fluent Serbian (C1) and proficient English (B2+)
  • Strong ability to manage and coordinate schedules, staffing, and workforce planning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with workforce management software
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in workforce management or a related role
  • Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
  • Willingness to work on a 24/7 shift pattern
  • Understanding of local labor laws and staffing regulations
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with advanced workforce analytics and forecasting tools is a plus
