Workster is proud to partner with a leading B2B solution provider in the iGaming industry, currently seeking a Workforce Manager to join their high-performing operations team in Belgrade. This is a strategic role designed for a leader with a strong background in workforce planning and team management, ready to drive efficiency and performance in a dynamic environment.

What you will do in this role

  • Oversee and maintain systems and tools for tracking attendance, scheduling, and time management
  • Analyze staffing levels and forecast future requirements to meet operational demands
  • Lead and develop the workforce management team, ensuring skill development and motivation
  • Create, implement, and manage efficient and fair staff schedules across multiple shifts
  • Monitor key workforce KPIs including labor costs, productivity, and employee satisfaction
  • Provide strategic input to optimize staffing models and shift configurations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align workforce strategies with business goals
  • Promote continuous improvement and best practices in workforce planning and operations
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and local labor laws

Your qualifications

  • Workster is a great match if you:
  • Are fluent in Serbian (C1 level) and have at least a B1 level of English
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a management or workforce planning role
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Have strong leadership, mentoring, and people management skills
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiar with workforce management tools
  • Are highly organized and capable of making sound decisions under pressure
  • Possess excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Understand local labor laws and workforce compliance
  • Are flexible with shift schedules and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the iGaming or live casino industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
